How We Started

Local small businesses are a huge part of our communities across the country.  They create jobs for our friends and family, and are an important piece of our economy.  However, over time we noticed that many of these small businesses didn't offer employee benefits.  Or if they did, they were poorly structured plans with astronomically high deductibles causing the employee's not to see the value.  This is where we saw an opportunity to assist.  We formed a team of independent insurance agents, and set out to help these businesses stay competitive allowing them to get back to focusing on reaching their goals.

  • What is the minimum number of employees needed?

    We work with businesses with as few as three employees!

  • How long does the initial consultation last?

    On average, the first consultation just takes between 10-20 minutes.

  • How is the initial consultation done?

    The initial consultation can be done in a variety of ways. We will either have an in person meeting at your business, a zoom conversation, or we can even do it on a phone call.

  • Do you offer plans with maternity benefits?

    Yes! We offer a variety of products with maternity benefits incorporated. The Short-Term Disability product we offer is especially good for this as it pays cash benefits to the policyholder.

  • Do you offer any other products than what's listed?

    Yes, depending on what your needs are we do offer a variety of specialty products to our clients.
